All my heart and thoughts go to Steve's family and close friends on this day. I frankly cannot imagine how it must feel for them for the news today has saddened me to tears.
He is in my view one of the greatest thinkers, creators and entrepreneur of our century.
He leaves behind a company that has forever transformed the way we live but also one of the wisest words I have been given to read from his now famous commencement speech at Stanford.
* "You have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something -- your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. [..]
Death is very likely the single best invention of Life. It is Life’s change agent. It clears out the old to make way for the new.
Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become.
It was about time I give a "face" to those "voices" inside my head: Wall street Chic meets City Geek... Always on the move and mood changing, you can call me tripolar: Fun, Fab, Fierce... Love, Ss
I completely agree with this post (: He was a true visionary.
